We are a Care Home for young adults who are physically disabled in Lancashire. We are administered under the private sector and registered with the Care Quality Commission. We can accommodate 23 adults at our Care Home for young adults. Individual flats are also available for those clients who wish to enjoy self contained accommodation.
Our Unit caters for Physically Disabled (either through accident, illness or birth) Learning Disability, Depression, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Visual Impairment and any other Physical or Mental disability where we can meet the care needs.

Derby Lodge is a residential care home in Preston for young adults with physical disabilities. We are in Fulwood, a residential suburb north of Preston, about 2 miles from the city centre and 1.5 miles from the Royal Preston Hospital, with a bus stop directly outside.
As a care home for disabled adults in Preston, we can accommodate 23 people. Every bedroom is for single occupancy and some are en-suite. For residents who would like more independence, we have six self-contained flats, each with a separate lounge and bedroom and a wet room. The house is adapted for wheelchair users, with lifting hoists, ramps, a passenger lift and a minibus with a wheelchair lift.
